Inex has assembled a portfolio of transmembrane carrier systems (TCS) that will enhance the delivery of many of the new classes of therapeutic agents including DNA for gene therapy, antisense molecules and proteins, as well as traditional pharmaceuticals. The TCS technology consists of a number of essential building blocks which are composed of membrane elements such as lipids, fusogenic factors and surface components which confer long circulation lifetimes, site-specific targeting and properties of membrane fusion.
