Principles:
- Spread payment: Instead of full payment upon delivery dossier (t = 30), we offer delayed payment over 5 years, monthly payment starting from the date of agreement until 5 years later, irrespective of the status of development.
- Reduced payment: Dependent of date of agreement: the earlier in status of
development, the lower the total acquisition price (TP) (which on top is spread over 5
years)

In a nutshell: The earlier subscription, the higher the risk but the lower the monthly payments. And spread payment on top of this. The later subscription, the lower the risk but
still spread payment.
