Vion is a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering, developing and commercializing new drugs and drug-delivery technologies for treating cancer. Founded in 1993 to commercialize several discoveries made in the biomedical laboratories at Yale University. We have been a publicly traded company (NASDAQ) since 1995. Our partnership with Yale gives us access to leading biomedical research, while alliances with other leading companies and institutions provide us with advanced development capabilities, worldwide clinical testing and paths to market for our products. Four key anticancer programs are under way at Vion. Three are in clinical-testing stages.
