Imutec Pharma is a public biopharmaceutical company engaged in the research, development and commercialization of therapeutic products to treat cancer, viral infections, and other diseases associated with immune system disorders. Imutec Pharma has assembled an experienced management team to carry out the development the Company’s products. Collectively, the team has over 60 years of drug development experience, and has brought over 15 drugs to market. The Company is equipped with a 5,000 sq. ft. pilot manufacturing facility, including an in-house quality control laboratory. To-date, the Company has focused its efforts of the development of Virulizin®, a potential new drug for the treatment of cancer. Virulizin® is a sterile liquid drug formulation for injection, manufactured at the Company’s pilot manufacturing facility. Virulizin® is an investigational drug with novel biological response modifier activities. It has been shown to stimulate normal peripheral blood monocytes to express cytocidal activity in a dose-dependent manner.
