BILATEC GmbH was founded in May 1998 by Innova GmbH Mannheim as a technologically oriented spin-off to use patents granted by Innova to develop products and commercialize them.
Bilatec AG was founded in 2001 through a merger of two companies Innova GmbH and Bilatec GmbH in Mannheim.
BILATEC has the goal to install a lean-development approach having onlycore competences on board to achieve a profitable outcome of the patent-rights.
