For the last 3 years Metkinen Oy specialized in anti-sclerotic compounds and natural cardiovascular (lipid-lowering) agents - statins such as lovastatin, compactin, pravastatin.
Several of our research projects have been dealing with investigation of effective technologies of isolation and purification of HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors (statins).
