Molecular Diagnostics International

Molecular Diagnostics International specializes in the discovery and application of new generation, molecular prognostic markers for the improved management of cancer patients. We currently offer two molecular tests to assist in the managment of breast and colon cancer patients respectively: p53 gene mutation screening and microsatellite instability. Both are performed from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections of tumour specimen. A result is usually obtained with 5 working days upon receipt of the specimen and sent to the requesting laboratory by email.
