Polymun is using mammanian expression systems based on CHO cells and Myelomas. Cell lines are evaluated for stability and uniformity using unique FACS methods. Recloning and cell line optimization programs are offered where appropriate. Polymun has extensive experience in the production and quality control of Cell under cGMP-conditions. Polymun has also much experience with cloning and expression of biomolecules in E.coli and yeasts. An integrarted approach is applied within all developments, considering the expression level as well as proper glycosylation, specific activity and the ease of purification.
For the topical delivery of proteinpharmaceuticals Polymun offers a proprietary single-bilayer liposome technology characterized by sterile manufacturing, narrow size distribution, defined surface characteristics and scalability.
